Dress - tba
Heeled Brogues (my new favourite) - New Look
Tights - Falke
Belt - Topshop

First of all I must wish all my beloved and dedicated followers a, somewhat belated, Merry Christmas! I've wanted to post this dress for far too long but since I finished school I've been so busy indulging in festive treats and staying away from home without any internet. I hope you all had a wonderful celebration and received lovely gifts.
I've been completely spoiled this year, I'm so grateful for all the thoughtful gifts I've received. I think I'll need a new bookshelf to house the stack of new books that I have to add to my library and perhaps we'll have to move all together in order to fit in all our new kitchen toys and scrumptious hamper.

Top of my list was this darling dress and I was so lucky to receive it as an early Christmas present from Urban Outfitters. I loved all the pieces in this collection and I'm so excited for the spring/summer 2010 collection. I've been swooning over it on ilovetba all weekend, in between drinking rioja and watching old films ofcourse.

This year we spent Christmas Day in England with my beaus family, unfortunatly it didn't actually snow on Christmas Day itself but there was still plenty on the ground to keep us feeling festive.

Adam's gorgeous neice, Tori and I on Christmas Day. Doesn't she have the most wonderful hair? I can only dream that one day, tight curls like that will stay in my fine hair.

How did you spend Christmas? Did it snow?
Did Father Christmas leave you something delightful under the tree?

I Love Love Love Luella!

Navy and Black are by far my favourite colours this season. In fact they're my favourite colour combination, full stop. I have no time for those people who say that black and navy shouldn't be worn together, they don't know anything! So, its needless to say I have been devoted to this Luella tshirt since first seeing the a/w 07 collection. I'm still reeling from the shock of winning for only £18 - Best bargain of 2009!

I am finally free from college! Since I've been stuck behind my sewing machine trying desperately to finish a regency riding habit (which, incidentally, is navy with black velvet buttons) and matching frock, I haven't exactly been dressing up. This outfit is comfy enough to sit at a machine all day, without being depressingly dull. I wouldn't normally wear satin during the daylight hours but it's Christmas after all.

On the few occasions I've ventured out into the icy blizzard, I've been wearing this super warm coat but mostly I've been staying indoors, ordering presents online and listening to Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker in anticipation of seeing it this weekend.

Dear Father Christmas,

1. Rose by Paul Smith
2. Pocket Watch Necklace from Urban Outfitters
3. Cosy Falke Tights
4. Topshop Bow Belt
5. Rose & Co Rose Petal Salve
6.Luella Make-up Bag
7 Badger Egg Cup at Liberty

I've been an awfully good girl this year and I would be ever so pleased to find these in my Falke stockings on Christmas morning! Even though the Luella bag has sold out, I'm confident in your ability to find and deliver one to me.

Oh, Santa, who could resist a yummy soft boiled egg with sour dough soldiers from an egg cup such as this? Not only is the fragrance devine but it comes with a really cute bag to in and a girl can't survive winter without Rose & Co salve. Well, this one can't.

As for the rest, well, they're just so pretty and I'll just die without them.
Really... I will just die!

And Santa, if my list is too long and you're in need of a bargain have a look on

Lots of love,

Caitie, aged 23 & 3/4

What would you like to find in your stockings on Christmas morning?

Plaid & Bow

As always I'm wearing plaid and bows. I thifted this cute shirt a couple of weeks ago, I love the collar.

I'm literally downing in coursework but I'll be back soon with real outfit pictures.
I did find time to pick up a couple of pieces from Sonia Rykiel for H&M. I was in raptures at the live show, so inspiring.
